Supported Browsers

Supported browsers

From September 2021 IRAS will officially support the following internet browsers installed on desktop/laptop devices:
  • Microsoft Edge (latest version)
  • Mozilla FireFox (latest version)
  • Google Chrome (latest version)
  • Apple Safari (latest version)*

Other browsers may work, but have not been tested, and you may find that some features within IRAS do not function as expected. We recommend using one of the browsers listed above to obtain the best experience. Please note that browsers supported on desktop/laptop devices may be different to those supported on mobile devices.

If you are using one of the above supported browsers and experience any difficulties with the features and functionality in the system please contact the Technical Helpdesk.

Please note that the Technical Helpdesk cannot offer technical support for updating or changing your browser, or for any issues you experience when using an unsupported browser. If you do not have access to one of the above browsers and you are working within an organisation then you should ask your IT department for assistance in accessing a supported browser.

*Note: IRAS developments are not tested in Apple Safari, however the system is developed in technologies that are supported by Apple Safari.
